- Mix maize flour,wheat flour,salt,carom seeds,baking soda,clarified butter in a bowl
- Knead a soft dough by adding lukewarm water
- Cover and keep aside for 5 minutes
- In a bowl Mix sattu,salt,kalonji,onion,garlic,ginger,green chilli,garam masala,chilli powder,c coriander leaves, mustard oil and lemon juice
- Add little water and mix well
- Divide the dough into equal portions and stuff the stuffing inside it
- Flatten between palms
- Grease with clarified butter and put in baking tray
- Preheat the oven on 180°
- Bake prepared litti for 30 minutes on 180°
- Smear clarified butter on litti and serve with chokha and garlic chutney.
