- Get to taste Salt
- Make ready 1 tbsp Oil for seasoning
- Prepare 1 dry red chilli
- Get 1 tsp mustard seeds
Heat a non-stick tawa, and cook each roti on it, turning sides and brushing a little oil, till they are evenly cooked on both sides. Arrange them on a serving platter. No need peal the skin, cool down completely and then grind to a nice puree. Now make masala powder, dry roast the mustard seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds. till the fenugreek seeds turn brown.

- First, assemble things for making dough, Knead soft with hot water and keep aside for 10 minutes.
- Now take a mixer jar add all chutney ingredients and grind like a smooth paste.
- And seasoning with mustard seeds and dry red chilli and tempering on tomato chutney.
- Now place butter sheet paper on rolling board and dust with flour and place abhi dough on it and make a roti with hand rolling and roast with oil.
