  5. Arrange your cups on a platter and fill the mango that has been mixed with a little grate of garlic and dried chilli flakes (just a bit) and 1/2 the lime.
  6. Make sure your coriander, peanuts, lime zest, and radish is chopped and ready to go.
  7. Once the pork is reday add a squeeze of lime and drizzle of honey, give it a good stir and and top the mango with it.
  8. Next sprinkle each lettuce cup with the zest, nuts, coriander and radish each garnish adds colour, texture and flavour to the cups.
  9. Addin extra chilli sauce is optional and not essential maybe just drizzle a bit around the cups so people can dip if they want to.
