  26. Take 2 tbsp coriander leaves or coriander stems
  27. Get Lemon peels
  28. Get to taste Salt
  29. Prepare For layring of rice and chicken marinate
  30. Take 2 _3 onions sliced and fried
  31. Get leaves Mint
  32. Prepare leaves Coriander
  33. Make ready Orange food colour
  34. Make ready 1/4 th tsp whole spice powder or as needed
  35. Take 1/2 cup oil or as needed

  2. Take whole spice powder, red chilli flakes and cumin seeds
  3. Take ginger paste, garlic paste and salt
  4. Take lemon juice, yogurt and mint leaves (I m using dried mint leaves)
  5. Take coriander leaves (I m using frozen coriander leaves)
  6. Take chicken properly wash it and drain all the water. Add yogurt and lemon juice
  7. Add all the dry spices and ginger garlic paste
  8. Add mint leaves and coriander leaves. I have used dried mint leaves and frozen coriander leaves
  9. Mix properly and marinate for 12 hrs for better result in refrigerator but if u are in hurry use any meet tenderize of your choice
  10. Take 2_3 onions, sliced and fry them. Keep side
  11. Take rice wash and soak in water for 30 minutes
  12. Boil water for 10_15 minutes after bubbles comes with mint, coriander, salt, lemon peels, cumin seeds, cloves, black pepper, star seed, fennel seeds, black cardamom, cinnamon stick. Or if you want make potly of all the ingredients for rice.
  13. Drain all the above things from water and add rice into it for boiling
  14. Boil rice till half done (do kunny) and drain all the water. Keep a side
  15. Take a wok and add chicken marinate into it
  16. Add oil into chicken
  17. Add 1/2 of the fried onions over chicken
  18. Add rice over chicken
  19. Add coriander, mint, remaining fried onions, whole spice powder and food colour on top
  20. Cover the lid tightly and cook on low flame for 35_45 minutes.
  21. Open the lid after 45 minutes and check
  22. Very delicious Biryani is ready to serve. Serve with raita and salad
