  1. Get 25 Rotis
  2. Get 2-3 tbsp Oil
  3. Take 1 tsp Salt
  4. Take 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  5. Take 500 gm Mutton bone-in
  6. Prepare 3 Green Chillies finely chopped
  7. Make ready 1 small bunch Coriander Leaves finely chopped
  8. Prepare 1 tsp Garam Masala
  9. Take 400 gm Yoghurt
  10. Get 3 Tomatoes finely chopped
  11. Get 2 Onions finely chopped
  12. Make ready 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
  13. Prepare 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder

  3. Pressure cook it for 7 to 8 whistles or until done. After the pressure settles down, add the beaten Yoghurt. Tear the chapatis into pieces and add to it. Simmer for the next 15 minutes. Garnish with Coriander Leaves and a generous dollop of Ghee before serving.
