  10. Get 2 tbsp Red Chilli powder
  11. Prepare 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  12. Make ready 1 tsp Black Pepper powder
  13. Prepare 1 tsp Garam Masala
  14. Prepare WHOLE MASALAS OR SPICES -
  15. Get 3 Cinnamon sticks small ones
  16. Make ready 10-12 Black Peppercorns
  17. Take 5-6 Cloves
  18. Make ready 1 tsp Caraway Seeds
  19. Make ready 3-4 Cardamoms
  20. Make ready 1/4 cup Cashewnuts paste
  21. Take 12-14 Fried Cashewnuts
  22. Prepare 12 Fried Almonds
  23. Get 1 small bunch Coriander Leaves finely chopped
  24. Get 1 small bunch Mint Leaves chopped
  25. Make ready 1 Lemon medium sized cut into Wedges

Instructions to make Hyderabadi Mutton Daleem:
  1. Soak all the lentils and the broken wheat overnight. Pressure cook mutton along with all the powdered spices and yoghurt using water as required. Meanwhile, cook the soaked lentils and wheat in a separate pot on a low heat for 20 minutes.
  2. Grind the cooked wheat and lentils mix until a smooth paste is obtained. Heat Ghee in a cooking pot, add all the whole spices and fry for a minute. Now add the cooked and grinded lentils and wheat mix to it along with the pressure cooked mutton.
  3. Add deep fried and crushed onions too. Finally add Cashew nut paste to it. Mix well and allow it to cook for 15 minutes more. Add more ghee if required. Garnish with fried nuts and Almonds along with Coriander and Mint Leaves.
  4. Serve hot with lots of salad alongside.
