  2. Heat oil and ghee in a pan add chopped garlic, jeera tej laving and tamalpatra then add sliced onions and allow it to cook for 2 minutes add Capsicum let it cook for one more minute then add sweet corn and boiled potato cut into big pieces and paneer cubes let it cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Add spinach puree and biryani masala add half cup of water let it cook for 5 minutes till it releases oil
  4. In a flat bottom bowl or you can take a Handi. Place white rice layer it up on this white rice layer make another layer with this spinach veggie which we have prepared repeat this process one more time the last layer will be rice layer on top of it put some french fries fried cashew nut and fried onion slice and some chopped coriander also.Add Saffron strands into hot milk and pour this milk on ricelayer.
  5. Heat Charcoal direct on the flame take a small piece of foil paper place it on top of the rice layer and on the foil paper place hot charcoal put one spoon of ghee and cover it completely you can seal the sides with dough so that no fumes can come out allow it to cook for 10 minutes on low flame
  6. Yummy authentic Hyderabadi Dum Biryani is ready to serve. Enjoy it with curd and roasted papad
