  6. In another pan heat ghee, add half of rice, add the soya nuggets curry, spread well, add rest of lime juice, rest of coriander leaves, rest of mint leaves, rest of chopped green chilies, rest of fried onion and saffron dipped in milk. Close the lid and on low flame cook for 7-10 mins
  7. For Safed Mirchi ki Salan - deseed the green chilies. Fry and set aside
  8. Roast the white sesame seeds, add coconut powder and stir for 1 mins. Set aside. Make a paste and set aside
  9. In a pan heat oil and add cumin seeds, when it crackles add the sesame seed paste and stir well, add water slowly and keep stirring. The oil should come on the surface
  10. Add the fried green chilies and stir well on low flame. Add salt and lime juice. Set aside
  11. Plate both together and enjoy
