Instructions to make Hyderabadi Chicken:
  1. First take the grinder jar add Coriander leaves, mint leaves and green chillies.then grind all together to make a smooth paste.Transfer in a bowl keep aside. Then take fried onion,cashew, almonds and pistachios grind them and make a smooth paste.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add chicken add ginger garlic paste, add all the powder spices, then add the green paste.mix well. now add onion and dry fruit paste and add curd. Mix them well. keep in the fridge for 4-5 hours.
  3. Take a kadhai add oil heat it. then add whole spices saute few seconds. now add the marinated chicken. cook it on high flame for 6-8 minutes. Then turn the flame low cover and cooked the chicken until it tender.
  4. Hyderabadi green chicken is ready to serve. Serve with naan or roti.
