- Heat Oil in a Pressure Cooker. Saute Onions until light brown and done with all the spices added. Also add Mutton Bone-in, Green Chillies and saute for about 5 minutes.
- Add a cup of water and pressure cook for 8-10 whistles or accordingly. After done, let the steam settle down before opening the lid of the Pressure Cooker.
- Now add Potatoes and Drumsticks along with water if required. Cut each Drumstick into 3-4 pieces depending upon the size. Pressure cook this again for 3 whistles. Do not cook more.
- Open the lid and adjust Salt. Also adjust water accordingly. It's usually thick in consistency but not too dry also. There is gravy for sure. Serve hot with Rice and Hyderabadi Khatti Daal. A perfect meal in all possibilities. Enjoy!
