Steps to make Panjiri:
  1. Take 100 gm of ghee in kadai and let it get heated on full flame and fry gound till it swells
  2. Remove it in separate plate
  3. Take Paanch magaj, dry fruits, til and postu and roast it in left over ghee in the kadai
  4. Heat the rest 400 gm ghee add atta, suji and besan till golden brown
  5. Coarsely Grind the ingredients in point 3 in the mixie
  6. Mix all the coarsely grinded things in atta suji and besan
  7. Let it cool and added grinded sugar mix it well
  8. Panjiri ready to eat
