- Take a pan and add ghee in it. Put it on medium flame.once it's hot add makhana in it and cook it till it gets crispy.
- Now add almonds in it and cook it for 3-4 min and then add cashewnuts and cook it for 2 min.then add kalonji and cook it for 1 min.add chopped coconut in it and cook it for 2 min.
- Take out all these once they get roasted and add magajj in it and cook it for 2 min by covering it with lid.
- Take another pan and add water in it.once water boils add sugar and cardamon powder in it and cook it till sugar syrup is ready.
- Then add all the dryfruits in it and add dessicated coconut in it.mix it well so that dryfruits is coated with coconut and our dryfruits coconut panjeeri is ready.
