  9. Take 2 tsp melon seeds and Chirongi

Steps to make Singhada Panjiri:
  1. Take 1 tbsp ghee in a pan - Fry broken cashews, almonds, fix nuts, raisins and coconut slices.
  2. If using fresh coconut then fry that first so that can brown nicely.
  3. One can use any other nuts too as per liking.
  4. Now take them out in a plate and in the same pan add 2 tbsp more ghee to the leftover ghee and add singhada flour to it. - Keep stirring it to roast.
  5. Roast till brown and aromatic.
  6. Now add milk powder and roast them together a bit more - Next is to add sugar, cardamom powder.
  7. Keep stirring for evenly mixing of sugar. You don’t have to let it melt, just mix it well.
  8. Now add all the fried nuts to it and mix.
  9. I added pistachios, melon seeds and chironji in the last stir.
  10. Mix everything nicely and switch off the gas
  11. Delicious and healthy singhara panjiri is ready.
