  5. Now strain the makhana which was soaked in buttermilk. And spread the makhana in a flat bowl
  6. Now pour the whisked curd over the makhana.
  7. Add boondi,green chutney and sweet tamarind chutney to the curd & makhana mixture
  8. Sprinkle chaat masala,cumin powder,red chilli powder.
