  4. 2nd Step Roast makhane in olive oil and ghee,roast for few minutes.keep aside.
  5. Finely chop onions and green chillies,add oil and ghee in pan,saute till light golden brown.
  6. Saute nicely,add crushed tomatoes and saute it.Add hing powder in gravy.
  7. Add crushed tomato and cook nicely.
  8. Add masalas,add zeera dhania powder,add haldi powder,chilli powder,garam masala powder.Cook nicely.Add roasted makhane in dish.
  9. Wash green peas,boil green peas for 10-15 minutes.Cover and cook in pan till tender.
  10. After adding makhane,add peas and boil nicely.Cover and cook for 7 minutes till makhanas are soft.Add 3/4 th cup water and cook nicely.Add cooked instant khoya in it.Cook again for 5 minutes.
  11. Cook till gravy thickens.Add coconut milk for garnish,few roasted cashews for decoration.Add chopped green coriader on top.
  12. Serve hot with roti or rice.
